109th Student Art Exhibition

For this project I developed a new identity for the longest running art exhibition in Oklahoma for their 2023 exhibition. Reviewing former designs for the show, I noticed that past designs relied heavily on numerical values. While this idea is easily understood, I wanted to create an identity that was visually interesting as well. This inspired me to focus my design on the word mark ART. In the design process I chose a palette and visual language that would best reflect the artists, spark creativity, and provide a welcoming space for all those who attend the exhibition.
